Mark Elliott
Mark Elliott’s practice has focused primarily on the prosecution of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured workers since 1991 at The Elliott Law Offices, PC. He specializes in representing injured individuals and their families in workers’ compensation, personal injury claims (with a focus on auto claims arising from work-related injuries), social security disability, and traffic/DUI matters.
Mr. Elliott received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his law degree from Stanford Law School. He was admitted to the bar 1987.
Mr. Elliott is the current President of the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (“WCEA”). Mr. Elliott has also testified in front of the Colorado legislature in his capacity as a WCEA Board Member and President on workers’ compensation legislation.
Mr. Elliott has presented multiple continuing legal education seminars on a wide range of workers’ compensation topics including workers’ compensation legislation, bad faith claims practices, idiopathic conditions, unknown falls, penalties, subrogation, and COVID-19.
